China is the world's most rapidly growing market in both dollar and percentage terms. But China also remains one of the world's most complex markets. The topics in this course cover the major economic and business issues facing foreign and Chinese companies in China's market today, including the political and economic environment, cultural challenges, assessment of business opportunities, understanding the strengths and weakness of China's companies, regional issues, investment ABCs, China's financial reforms, human resource management, and working with Chinese businesses.

The "Doing Business in China" Program is developed and led by Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This program aims to introduce the financial, cultural, political and economic environment in China, to analyze business in China, to show how China's companies are growing, and to analyze openings for foreign firms in China.
